What happens if I upgrade from Starter to Professional? Do I pay extra?
No. You simply switch to the new plan whenever you request it. If we're already in the middle of the month, I calculate the difference pro rata and adjust it on your next invoice. No one's a slowpoke here.
Am I liable for your mistakes? What if you miss something?
Yes, we're insured for our mistakes (it's in the contract). But to be honest: we work to make sure that doesn't happen. In 12 years I've had 3 situations and resolved them immediately. Minimal risk with us, you stay calm.
Can I test Professional for one month without commitment?
Yes. You do one month on Professional, and if you don't like it, you go back to Starter or withdraw. It's not a lifetime contract. Actually, many of our new clients do exactly that. And they stay, because it works.
What about confidentiality of tax data? Who do you give it to?
No one. Your data stays on encrypted servers and remains your property. Only us two and ANAF (if they request your declarations). This is serious — 100% confidentiality. It's in the contract and we respect it to the letter.
